Our clients’ growing family meant they required more space, and the state of the housing market guided their decision to extend their current house to meet their needs, rather than looking for a new property.
A brand new extension was built to create a larger living room, and add an extra bedroom to the existing home.
Substantial work was completed, adding 40sqm to the existing house and included a repitch of the roof, reposition of the entrance, and a full re-roof of the existing property.
Our clients made the most of their current property, utilising the large outside area to create a home that was larger to accommodate their growing family, showing that you don’t have to move properties to get the home you’ve always wanted!
As well as adding more space, they renovated their living area with bold wallpaper, adding their own personal touches to create a home they are proud to call their own.
